Actors and characters from the series discussed in the article, hanging out in a wheat field.
Apple TV+ | Peacock | Disney+ | Netflix | HBO

Spy thrillers, epic sci-fi, murder mysteries, cringe comedies and samurai action. Incels, pilots, office workers, authors, money launderers and rebels. Devouring feculence, getting hit by paint cans and hanging out with alligators. Put all of these elements together and you have a recipe for outstanding television.

33 different series competed for the ten spots on this list. Four from 2023 competed for a special mention. Plus, there is another special mention that evades normal categorisation. Some 2024 titles still on my watchlist are 'Heated Rivalry', 'Pluribus' and 'The Lowdown'. Hence those will not be featured in this article.

At any rate, these are my favourite TV series of 2024—notice the word favourite. As always, you can find reviews for some of them on the site; just click ''Read our review'' when you see that.
